VEGETARIAN PIZZA MARGHERITA

MAGUERITA'S VEGETARIAN PIZZA WITH A GREAT FLAVOR.

Ingredients:

Pre-made pizza dough

Tomato Sauce

Vegan mozzarella or vegan cheese of your choice

Cherry tomatoes, cut in half

Fresh basil leaves olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough instructions.

Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to the desired size and thickness.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border of about 1 cm all around.

Evenly distribute the vegan mozzarella or vegan cheese of your choice over the tomato sauce.

Place the halved cherry tomatoes over the cheese.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle the pizza with a drizzle of olive oil.

Place the pizza pan with the pizza in the preheated oven and bake according to the pizza dough instructions, usually for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Remove a pizza from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.

Before serving, add some fresh basil leaves over the pizza.

Cut into slices and enjoy the delicious Vegetarian Margherita Pizza!
