Mushroom and arugula pizza
Vegan pizza dough (ready or homemade) Tomato Sauce Sliced mushrooms (shiitake, mushroom, portobello, etc.)

Ingredients:
Vegan pizza dough (ready or homemade)
Tomato Sauce Sliced mushrooms (shiitake, mushroom, portobello, etc.)
Chopped garlic fresh arugula Grated vegan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste olive oil Instructions:
Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
Open the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the pasta.
Saute the sliced mushrooms with minced garlic in a little olive oil until soft.
Distribute the mushrooms over the pizza.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add grated vegan cheese on top.
Bake in oven according to instructions.
