400 g grated mozzarella

Knead the dough again, divide it in half and use a rolling pin to roll each half into a disc on a floured surface.

Place the dough disks on greased pizza pans, fold the edges and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Spread the tomato sauce over the pre-baked pasta, add the chopped hearts of palm, Japanese broccoli, chopped tomatoes, salt, rosemary, grated mozzarella and olive oil.

Return the pizzas to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
